  • Receive a FREE face to face intervention, consultation or support by contacting a local pharmacist or visit the Partnership to Assist with Cessation of Tobacco (PACT) website for resources.
  • Download On The Road to Quitting for adults or download a guide geared for Young Adults.  Both booklets will help you consider your options, understand what to expect during your quit attempt and learn tips along the way.
  • Visit The Lung Association Saskatchewan website for the Ready Set Quit Guide , a booklet that provides a variety of options to assist you in becoming tobacco-free.
