This program is designed for people who struggle to maintain healthy eating habits, feel they eat for comfort or in response to feelings, or for those who want to feel more in control of their eating. Craving ChangeTM addresses emotional eating and can help you develop a healthier relationship with food.
The Craving ChangeTM program is about why we eat, and not what, when or how much to eat. Discover why you eat the way you do and learn how to improve your eating habits using a variety of change strategies.
Craving ChangeTM is led by 1-2 trained facilitators. In the Cypress Health Region this may include:

- Nurse Practitioners
